Mel will select her “Top 10” judicial reviews in the last year or so concerning prisoners and prisons. She will consider the relevance of these judgements to current practice. If you want to get up to date with significant prison related decisions in the Administrative Court then this is an excellent opportunity to do so.
The cost is just £ 30 for APL members and £ 45 for non-members.
