The speakers are experienced prison lawyers and supervisors.
They delivered the APL prison law contract workshops in 2010.
This course will focus on the funding scheme for prison law work which was introduced in July 2010. It will examine the practical effects of the prison law contract and the limited guidance provided by the Legal Services Commission. It will provide an opportunity for practitioners to discuss strategies in which they can preserve the quality of their work in a harsh economic climate.
